Available classes 

Adult/Child/Infant CPR  (AED training if requested)

Community CPR is a 6 hour course that includes recognizing and caring for breathing and cardiac emergencies in adults, children, and infants. If requested students are also taught proper use of an automated external defibrillator (AED) for an adult.  Class fee is $ 45.00, pre-registration is required, schedule

Child/Infant CPR

This course teaches participants how to recognize and care for breathing and cardiac emergencies in infants and children Class fee is $ 28.00, pre-registration is required, schedule

First Aid Basics
First aid basics is a 3 1/2 hour course which includes how to care for cuts, scrapes, bruises, burns, bleeding control, how to minimize the effects of shock, injuries to bones, muscles and joints, sprains, sudden illnesses and also includes poisoning and heat/cold emergencies. Class fee is $ 28.00, pre-registration is required, schedule

 

Babysitting

This course teaches 11-15 year old participants to be the best babysitter on the block with training in child care and first aid. Participants will also gain the confidence they need to make smart decisions and stay safe in any babbysitting situation. Participants will be able to take all provided material home with them.

Lifeguard training and first aid certificates are valid for three years (CPR certificates for one year) from completion date.
